Registration fees

All participants to the EEA-ESEM 2006 must be a member of the EEA or the ES.

The day of payment is decisive for the registration fee, not the day of registration.

The registration fee includes:

Admission to all scientific sessions
Admission to commercial exhibition
Conference Material (congress bag, final programme, badge)
Coffee breaks on 4 days
Luncheons on 4 days
Reception at the City Hall on August 24th, 2006
Conference Dinner at “ Heurigen” on August 26th, 2006
Certificate of attendance

CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION FEES

Refunds - less EUR 50,- administration fee - will be granted to  delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by MONDIAL CONGRESS by May 21st, 2006. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 21st, 2006. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

LIABILITY
Mondial Congress shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. The liability of transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.

PAYMENT

The total amount due shall be paid in advance.
